1. How do I book the studio?

You can book your session directly online. Choose between a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (10 hours) booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed email with access instructions, studio info, and helpful tips for your session.


2. What’s included in the studio rental?

Each booking includes use of the mid-century styled studio, natural clerestory light, curated props, private restroom, and lounge furniture. Seamless paper backdrops are available as an optional add-on (see next FAQ).


3. How does the paper backdrop fee work?

Seamless paper backdrops are available for use, and charged based on the number of feet cut due to wrinkling, scuffing, or dirt. If no trimming is required during your session, there is no additional fee. Handle with care, and the paper shall serve you well.


4. Can I bring my own gear?

Yes — photographers and filmmakers are welcome to bring their own equipment. Please treat the space and furnishings with respect.


5. What’s the lighting like during the day?

The studio is bathed in soft, natural light thanks to clerestory windows that run high along the walls. The light is consistent from morning through late afternoon, ideal for both natural-light shoots and hybrid setups.


6. Is the space good for video shoots or meetings?

Yes. The studio is perfect for small-scale video shoots, interviews, content creation, or creative team meetings. The acoustics are calm and the aesthetic, inspiring.


7. How long can I book for?

Bookings are available as half-day (4 hours) or full-day (10 hours) sessions. Hourly booking is not currently available.

We’re just north of downtown, with easy access from major roads.


9. Is parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of the studio. Additional street parking is available across the street if needed.


10. Can I bring models, clients, or a small crew?

Yes — the space is best suited for 4–6 people. If you’re planning to bring a larger crew or need special accommodations, please contact us ahead of time.
